JAKARTA - The second series of the 2023 World Superbike (WSBK) will be held at the Mandalika Circuit, Lombok on March 3-5. Before the race took place, the riders who had arrived in Mandalika also enlivened the cultural carnival.
The Mandalika Cultural Carnival itself is a routine celebration that usually takes place in February or March. The moment of this year's event feels special because it coincides with the holding of the WSBK.
Through uploads on their social media, the WSBK official account shared videos and several photos of the excitement of their riders when they were involved in a cultural carnival.

There are eight riders who participated in enlivening this event in person. They are Can Oncu, Adam Norrodin, Lorenzo Baldassarri, Nicholas Spinali, Bahattin Sofuoglu, Axel Bassani, and Hafizh Syahrin. Apart from the riders, the crew from each manufacturer also did not want to be left behind to enliven and get involved directly.
Quoted from the official website of WSBK, the riders also took part in the carnival and also participated in celebrating the Bau Nyale Festival (catching typical Lombok worms). During the celebration, international racers are also happy to have the opportunity to wear a traditional headband called Sapuk.
