Puri Sentul Permai Targets 60 Percent Dividend Distribution Of 2022 Profits
JAKARTA - PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk (KDTN) promises to distribute dividends of 60 percent of profits for the 2022 financial year. In addition, the company targets profits to increase by around 20 percent year on year (yoy) in 2023.
KDTN Operations Director Aan Rohanah is optimistic that the profit for the 2022 fiscal year which is currently in the auditing stage can reach IDR 3 billion.
"So maybe in 2022, we will be in the auditing process again. Say, if for example, it is around IDR 3 billion, maybe in 2023 we are targeting it to be IDR 5 billion to 6 billion," said Aan Rohana as reported by Antara.
In an effort to support this target, he continued, the company has set a revenue of around IDR 25 billion to IDR 26 billion in 2023.
Meanwhile, he explained that the company's dividend distribution would be announced in April 2023, as a form of shareholder commitment to make investors, especially the public, feel lucky to own KDTN shares.
Meanwhile, one of KDTN's efforts at the beginning of this year was to hold a grand opening of the Kedaton 8 Hotel Family Suite which absorbed IDR 2 billion in funds sourced from IPO proceeds.
In fact, the budget for the construction of 2 family suites was only IDR 1.98 billion, however, the cost increased by around IDR 238.73 million, so that the budget allocation was in the range of IDR 2.21 billion.
His party explained that the family suite was built with a swimming pool and karaoke facilities, so it could be used for weddings, social gatherings, parties, and various family activities.
“With this facility, of course, we hope that occupancy will continue to increase. So that employee welfare increases and also investors get a bigger dividend," said Aan.

Aan explained the Kedaton 8 Family Suite was built on 300 m2 of land with room facilities consisting of parking area facilities, a living room, a private pool, and the rooms above, with One Family Suite providing one spacious room.
In this room, the company equipped it with a super king-size mattress, and a sofa bed, with a room size of about 6 m2 which can be used by up to four people.
On the same occasion, the Main Commissioner of KDTN Au Bintoro emphasized that a family suite is a form of fulfilling a promise to the public as a public company that has received IPO funds to be used for business expansion.
He said the target market for the Kedaton 8 Family Suite is more for the upper-middle class which provides facilities for families who want to spend their weekends.
