The police are still setting AG's status as a witness. In fact, AG was also at the crime scene (TKP) when the persecution took place.
Responding to this, the attorney for the victim's family, David, Syahwan Arey, stated that his party did not want to respond to opinions from anyone, either from social media or others.
"In principle, what happens in video or CCTV. We hope the police see CCTV and hopefully use it as evidence," Syahwan told VOI, Sunday, February 26.
With the opening of the CCTV footage, it is hoped that it can clearly reveal the case. So that the incidents of violence experienced by David can be revealed clearly and transparently.
"We hope the police see CCTV, so that it can be opened clearly and clearly that the role of AG at the TKP is true whether there is a selfie or not," he said.
Until now, the victim's attorney David did not want to respond to the opinions of netizens and anyone else.
"Because this is a legal process, we follow the applicable legal procedures," he said.
For the incident of mistreatment of David, the South Jakarta Metro Police named the suspect Mario Dandy Satrio alias MDS with Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, subsidiary to Article 351 of the Criminal Code concerning persecution.
Meanwhile, Shane alias S, charged with Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.
