8 Roads In Jakut Inundated Up To 30 Centimeters This Morning
JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) noted that eight roads in North Jakarta were inundated due to moderate to heavy rains that flushed the capital city.
"BPBD noted that the inundation that previously occurred on 2 roads is currently 8 roads inundated as of 09.00 WIB," said Head of BPBD DKI Jakarta Isnawa Adji in his statement, Thursday, February 23.
The following is a list of roads that were inundated this morning:
1. Jalan Raya Cilincing, Kelurahan Kali Baru, Kecamatan Cilincing, Jakarta UtaraKetinggian: 25 centimeters
2. Jalan Kramat Raya, Tugu Utara Village, Koja District, North Jakarta Ketinggian: 25 centimeters
3. Jalan Mahoni, Kelurahan Lagoa, Kecamatan Koja, Jakarta Utara, Jakarta UtaraKetinggian: 10 centimeters
4. Jalan Sungai begg Kelurahan Semper Timur Kecamatan Cilincing, Jakarta UtaraKetinggian: 30 sentimeter
5. Jalan Sungai Berantas, Kelurahan Semper Barat, Kecamatan Cilincing, Jakarta UtaraKetinggian: 15 centimeters
6. Jalan KBN Marunda, Kelurahan Cilincing, Kecamatan Cilincing, Jakarta UtaraKetinggian: 20 centimeters
7. Jalan Kramat Jaya Raya, Kelurahan Semper Barat, Kecamating District, North Jakarta Ketinggian: 15 centimeters
8. Jalan Madya Kebantenan RT 06/02, Kelurahan Semper Timur, Kecamatan Cilincing, Jakarta UtaraKetinggian: 15 centimeters
The roads that have receded are:
1. Motor Style Street, Sungai Bambu Village, Tj. Priok District, North Jakarta
2. Jalan Boulevard Barat, Kelapa Gading Barat Village, Kelapa Gading District, North Jakarta
Isnawa said the DKI Provincial Government's inundation handling team was suctioning the puddles and ensuring the water lines were functioning properly together with the local village heads and sub-district heads.
"The inundation is targeted to recede in a short time," he said.
BPBD DKI Jakarta appealed to the public to remain careful and alert to potential inundation.
