The Mataram Court Accepts The Delegation Of The BLUD Praya Corruption Case
The Mataram District Court, West Nusa Tenggara, received the delegation of an indictment belonging to a suspect in a case of alleged corruption in the management of funds from the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of the Praya Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Central Lombok Regency.Mataram District Court spokesman Kelik Trimargo said the indictment received by the prosecutor belonged to the suspect Baiq Prapningdiah Asmarini."Yes, we have only received one today on behalf of Baiq Prapningdiah Asmarini," said Kelik when confirmed in Mataram, quoted from Antara, Wednesday, February 22.He said the follow-up to the registration of the indictment through the electronic application of the integrated criminal file (e-Berpadu) had now been published in the Mataram District Court Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) Number: 7/Pid.Sus-TPK/2023/PN Mtr.The head of the Mataram District Court, he continued, has determined the composition of the panel of judges who will be tasked with adjudicating Baiq Prapningdiah Asmarini's case."In this case, the Head of the Mataram District Court appointed Isrin Surya Kurniasih as chairman with members Lalu Moh. Sandi Iramaya and Fadhli Hanra," he said.The inaugural agenda hearing, he said, would still wait for further determination from the panel of judges on duty."The agenda for the inaugural trial is still waiting from the panel of judges. What is certain is that the trial will be held at the Mataram Corruption Court (Corruption Crime)," he said.Regarding the delegation of this indictment, the Head of the Special Crimes Section of the Central Lombok Kejari, Bratha Hariputra, confirmed that his party had just delegated it to the suspect Baiq Prapningdiah Asmarini."Yes, only one, for the other two suspects is still in process," said Bratha.From the description of the indictment recorded on the official website of the Mataram District Court SIPP, the prosecutor explained that Baiq Prapningdiah Asmarini committed, ordered to do, and participated in committing actions that benefited himself or other people or a corporation, namely Muzakir Langkir, Adi Sasmita, and providers of goods in the management of BLUD funds from the Praya Hospital from 2017 to 2020.As a result of Baiq Prapningdiah Asmarini's actions together with Muzakir Langkir and Adi Sasmita caused state losses of Rp.883 million. This loss figure appears in food procurement activities based on the report on the results of the Central Lombok Inspectorate audit.So in the indictment, Baiq Prapningdiah Asmarini was suspected of being criminalized under Article 2 paragraph (1) and/or Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 paragraph 1 letter b jo. Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law no. 20 of 2001 jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
