The Richard Mille Clock Case Is Believed To Be Abali Attack On Ferdy Sambo

The alleged extortion by police officers related to the fraud case in the purchase of Richard Mille's luxury watch is believed to be one of Ferdy Sambo's attempts to attack back. Moreover, this case occurred when the former Propam Kadiv was still in office.

The case was handled by Ferdy Sambo before being caught in a premeditated murder case and suspected of having procedural irregularities.

"The file or public reports about things that are not in accordance with procedures or do not comply with professional standards, Provos has data. This provos has a superior, namely the Head of the Propam Division," said Alfons Loemau, a lecturer at the Police Science College (PTIK) to reporters, Saturday, February 18.

"The role of the Head of the Propam Division as big data on various violations within the police environment is well recorded. This can be thrown at any time, it could happen," he continued.

According to Alfons, there are indications that Ferdy will open a truck card by uncovering this alleged fraud and extortion. Moreover, the party who led the reconstruction of the premeditated murder case that ensnared him was the person who had a case in the Richard Mille case.

"The reconstruction of the Ferdy Sambo case was led by the Director of General Crimes (Inspector General Andi Rian Djajadi, ed). The Director of General Crimes at that time and Wakabareskrim, (was) the people who determined the next scenario, after reconstruction and pre-reconstruction," he said.

"These people are indicated to be related to the Richard Mille case," added Alfons.

However, Alfons assessed that Ferdy would only open this truf card if the results of the appeal for the death sentence he submitted were not appropriate. According to him, the former high-ranking police officer is now planning.

"He (Ferdy Sambo, ed) is secretly starting to form counter-attack measures. Counter-attack will begin if this appeal does not meet expectations," he stressed.

As previously reported, Heroe Waskito as Tony Sutrisno's lawyer revealed evidence that his client was a victim of extortion by members of the National Police regarding the fraud in the purchase of Richard Mille's luxury hours worth Rp77 billion.
