Walkot Ita Make Sure All Investment Licensing In Semarang Transparan

Previously, Ita said that Pakuwon property companies were preparing to invest in Semarang City worth IDR 2 trillion by building malls, hotels and shopping centers.

Licensing must be fulfilled in full, including Analysis on Environmental Impacts (Amdal), Analysis of Traffic Impacts (Andalalin), Information on City Plans (KRK), and Spatial Planning.

"All permits are carried out by the relevant agencies, Amdal at the Environment Service, Andalalin at the Transportation Service, KRK at the Spatial Planning Service, and other licensing at the PTSP DPM. It all has to be complete," he said.

Regarding the investment location, Ita admitted that so far she did not know the exact location because there were several location options that were still in the discussion stage, including between investors and related agencies.

However, he said, the spatial planning will be studied in depth so that the development carried out does not have a bad impact on the Semarang City environment.

"Will it be in accordance with the spatial layout? Can it be used for a place to be built, whether the color (zone, red.) is green, yellow, or red," he said.

What is clear, Ita said that the Semarang City Government welcomes the incoming investment, but still must comply with applicable procedures and regulations.

"I met with related agencies so that the process can run smoothly, as long as the requirements are compiled," he concluded.
