3 Company Directors Checked By The AGO Of Corruption Cases BTS Kominfo, A Total Of 60 Witnesses

JAKARTA - Investigators of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes at the Attorney General's Office (Jampidsus Kejagung) examined three directors of private companies as witnesses related to the alleged corruption case of the 4G BTS infrastructure provider and supporters of packages 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 BAKTI Kominfo.The three directors examined today are PT Surya Energi Indotama President Director Bambang Iswanto, HRD Director of PT Huawei Tch Investment Dani Ristandi, and Director of PT Kedung Nusa Buana Agus Iswanto.In addition to the three directors, investigators examined two other witnesses, Erlinda Nurbidaningsi as a private party and marketing staff of PT Bumi Bangun Bersama M Yunus.The Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) at the Attorney General's Office, Ketut Sumedana, said investigators had examined more than 60 witnesses in the investigation of the case."There have been many witnesses, from many Kominfo, from many BAKTI, from several private sectors as well," said Ketut in Jakarta, Antara, Thursday, February 16.According to Ketut, the investigation is still ongoing, including the crime of money laundering allegedly committed by the suspects. Currently, investigators are investigating the allegations in coordination with the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK)."We study. We have collaborated with all PPATK friends, we also cooperate with the banking sector," said Ketut.Investigators have named five people as suspects, namely Anang Achmad Latif (AAL) as the President Director of BAKTI of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Gahole Menak (GMS) as the President Director of PT Mora Telematika Indonesia, Yohan Suryanto (YS) as a Human Development (HUDEV) expert at the University of Indonesia in 2020, Mukti Ali as a suspect from PT Huwaei Technology Investment and Irwan Hermawan as Commissioner of PT Solitchmedia Synergy.
