Previously, the Director General of Hajj Implementation of the Ministry of Religion Hilman, said that his party proposed that the cost of the 2023 Hajj pilgrimage (Bipih) paid by the congregation be reduced to Rp49.81 million. However, the figure of the latest study results from the Ministry of Religion has not yet been finally determined. This figure is 55.3 percent of the proposed average cost of organizing the 2023 Hajj pilgrimage (BPIH) which reached Rp90.02 million.
