Brio Kuning Driver Victims Of Black Fortuner Agencies In Senopati, Asks For Further Legal Processes
JAKARTA - The driver of the yellow Brio with the initials AW, who was hit by a black Fortuner in Senopati, South Jakarta, admitted to refusing peace. AW asked the South Jakarta Metro Police to continue the legal process, after the report was made after the incident, Sunday, February 12.
"That's right (meeting) But first we, the reported came, were examined separately. Continue. Until last night, he stated to continue. Even until he was detained instead. There has been no word (saying) peace," said AW through his attorney, Manda Berinandus when confirmed, Monday, February 13.
Manda explained that the article reported against Fortuner was about vandalism. However, he admitted that he would learn further, whether there was another article that the arrogant driver could impose.
"The reason is, it's destruction, yes, is there another article that depends on the investigator, the development process. It is possible that later after studying the client, it will be calm. Well, maybe we will look for a new article," he said.
When asked for future steps, Manda asked the investigative team to examine evidence of AW's car to find out the true events of the case.
"We are asking that the client's car be used as evidence, because the information is already going up. That's the information. Whatever it is, the investigation and fingerprinting process whatever the investigator needs, of course we accommodate and have good intentions to follow this legal process," he concluded.
The commotion between the driver of a yellow Brio car and a black Fortuner in Senopati, South Jakarta is being handled by the South Jakarta Metro Police. The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Irwandhy, confirmed that the perpetrator, the Fortuner driver, had surrendered.
