Alleged Corruption In The Procurement Of Kayu Ships In The Bima Transportation Agency, 30 Witnesses Have Been Examined By The NTB Regional Police
West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police continues to investigate cases of alleged corruption in the procurement of four units of the Bima Regency Transportation Service (Dishub) wooden ship with a total budget of IDR 3.9 billion. A total of 30 witnesses have been questioned by police investigators.
Daily Executor of the Head of Public Relations of the NTB Police, Police Commissioner Lalu Muhammad Iwan Mahardan said the 30 witnesses had undergone an relay examination before investigators.
"Yes, 30 witnesses have been examined," said Iwan in Mataram, NTB, Wednesday, February 8, as reported by Antara.
Dalam daftar pemeriksaan, lanjut dia, sebagian besar saksi berasal dari kalangan pejabat Dishub Bima, instansi pemerintah daerah yang melaksanakan pengadaan proyek tersebut pada 2021.
"The supervisory consultant, the project implementer, is also included in the series of examinations of 30 witnesses," he said.
For the next stage, Iwan added that investigators still have to explore the statements of a number of witnesses, one of which is the head of the Bima Regency Transportation Service who has a big responsibility in the ship procurement project.
"However, when will it be examined, there is no information from the investigator. It is possible starting next week," he said.
The police have handled this alleged corruption case as of May 24, 2022, based on the Task Force of the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus) of the NTB Police Number: Sp-Gas/12/V/2022/Ditreskrimsus.
Iwan said that the Director of Special Criminal Investigation at the NTB Police, Kombes Nasrun Pasaribu, had given attention in resolving this case by holding a case in early January 2023 to investigate the role of the suspect.
The Bima Regency Transportation Service project was carried out by CV Sarana Fiberindo Mandiri with a work contract agreement Number: 990,550/100/DISHUB/VIII/2021 dated August 5, 2021. The project implementation period runs for 132 working calendar days from December 15, 2021.
Although the work has been declared complete, the procurement of ships sourced from this special allocation fund is one of the findings of the NTB Representative Audit Agency (BPK).
In the findings, BPK NTB noted that there are a number of problems that have the potential to cause state losses with a nominal estimated value of hundreds of millions of rupiah.
