IKN Boss Chaotics In Finding Professional Subordinates: Stok In Must-PNS Status
Head of the State Capital Authority (IKN) Bambang Susantono revealed that internal consolidation in building an organization experienced a few obstacles because the need for professionals was deemed insufficient.
According to Bambang, this is strategic in nature to ensure that the IKN Authority can run in accordance with the duties and functions that have been mandated by the government.
"Mr. President asked us not to be like ordinary organizations, not like other local governments. We must have a vision in the future and this is not easy. We also cannot lift echelon II down to non-PNS. For echelon I we can lift it," he said in a working meeting with Commission XI DPR, Monday, February 6.
Bambang explained, with the network he has, it is known that many Indonesian citizens abroad have professional abilities and are ready to contribute to IKN development.
"But once we want to find the best talents who come from global, there are even Indonesians who are diaspora including me who are also diaspora, there are obstacles if you want to participate (building IKN). Now we stock there (must be civil servant status)," said Bambang.
Therefore, in this working meeting with the DPR, he encouraged the adjustment of policies that could be carried out by the DPR so that the internal consolidation process within the organization could be smoother.
"Later in time, of course, we will come up with the list or whatever things we need from ladies and gentlemen," he said.
