The Rise Of Indian Fighters, Pede Can Make Jeka Saragih Kolaps In Three Rounds Only!

JAKARTA India's fighter, Anshul Jubli, boasted that he could win in just three rounds against Indonesian mixed martial arts fighter Jeka Saragih. The two fighters will meet in the final Road to UFC, this weekend.

Anshul and Jeka are scheduled to move up the octagon in the lightweight category in Las Vegas, United States, Sunday, February 5 at noon WIB. The winner of the match will automatically get a contract from the UFC, the most famous mixed martial arts promotion company.

"The fight plan is [very] simple. I will dominate and destroy Jeka until he fainted. I will finish the fight in just three rounds," said Anshul as quoted by Sportsstar The Hindu.

In addition to being confident to win easily over Jeka, the 28-year-old fighter also brought revenge ambitions in the fight. He wants to avenge the defeat of his compatriot totaling Maan Singh.

perman Maan Singh previously fell in the quarter-finals against Jeka in June 2022. At that time Jeka successfully won knockout (KO) and stepped into the semifinals to beat Korean fighter Ki Won Bin in the same way.

"As soon as Jeka won his semi-final match [against Ki Won Bin], I said it was time to take revenge on him," said Anshul.

Anshul himself has been preparing to face Jeka for three months at the SOMA fight club in Bali. However, he did not ignore the slick record of his potential opponent who has won eight of his 15 fights through KO.

" ANYTHING can happen in MMA. If he lands a good blow on my chin, I could be knocked out, but it's unlikely. I know my reach and how to fight it," he said.

Road to UFC is held to look for prospects for mixed martial arts fighters from Asia. Winners from each class will later be awarded a UFC contract.

A total of 32 athletes competed in four classes: flight class, bantam class, fur class, and lightweight class. Jeka and Jubi will duel in the lightweight class on the initial UFC Vegas 68 card.

Meanwhile, the three tickets for the contract struggle from the UFC will be won by Seung Guk Choi vs Taman Hyun-Sung (flying class),wieldow Kazama vs Rianya Nakamura (bantam class), and Yi Zha vs Jung-Young Lee (ulus class).
