Dulik Kubu Putri Candrawathi: Most Of The 6 Thousand Words In The Prosecutor's Replik Are Only CLAims Empty Without Proof
The defendant Putri Candrawathi's camp assessed that the replica prepared and read by the public prosecutor (JPU) against her client in the trial was just an empty claim without evidence.
This was conveyed by Putri Candrawathi's legal adviser, Arman Hanis, while reading the duplicate at the trial of the premeditated murder of Brigadier J which took place at the South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel), Thursday, February 2.
Initially, Arman said that his party had studied the replica file against his client from the prosecutor. However, there was no rebuttal to the defense of Putri Candrawathi which was based on strong evidence.
"The legal advisory team did not find any rebuttal based on valid evidence and strong legal arguments from the public prosecutor," said Arman.
The replica, which was prepared by the prosecutor as thick as 28 pages, was only considered a unilateral claim. In fact, it is likened to baseless accusations.
"Most of the 6.000 words written in the application wrote empty claims without evidence, new assumptions, to new accusations against the legal advisory team," he said.
In addition, the prosecutor is also said to have got lost in the facts that emerged in court. Thus, the replica which is assembled is full of emotional words only.
"The public prosecutor's efforts answered a 955-page memorandum of defense with only 28 replica pages full of emotional sentences without getting lost in the jungle of facts and arguments," said Arman.
Meanwhile, in his replica, the prosecutor insinuated that it was Putri Candrawathi's legal adviser who forced allegations of sexual harassment. However, during the trial he could not prove it.
"However, the legal adviser who feels the most great by showing his greatness is unable to show this evidence," said the prosecutor.
Then, the prosecutor assessed that Putri Candrawathi's legal adviser in her plea strongly forced the prosecutor to explore the motive. The goal, only to create perceptions if sexual harassment does occur.
However, Putri Candrawathi continues to provide false information. Because, there are some confessions that make no sense.
"Even during the trial, the defendant Putri Candrawathi maintained her fragile behavior, which was supported by the legal advisory team, not to speak honestly for her purpose so that this case was not proven," said the prosecutor.
