Chelsea Belum Juga Bangkit, Graham Potter Minta Bantuan Militer
JAKARTA - Chelsea manager Graham Potter is taking extreme steps to get his team back from adversity. He called for military assistance in an effort to build the team's better spirit.
Potter took her team to a military base near the town of LIss in Hampshire, a few days ago. They met the soldiers.
This is part of a bond day to encourage more togetherness in the dressing room. He also wants to use this experience to help new players adapt more quickly.
There are no rude activities or hard training. Instead Potter trains the minds of her players with a series of mental exercises to get them to think and work together.
Potter is known as a person who has an unusual idea to raise enthusiasm in his team. Reportedly he already had several other ideas planned in the near future, but that remains a secret.
Last week, he said he had plans to get his team out of his comfort zone. "There will be elements of team ties," he said at the time.
We need to try to unite the group. There are some new faces. It's not just about the game, it's about how you interact as a team and as a group."
He added, "There are a few things we can do, and we will use these two weeks to try to do our best."
