The City Government Asks For Immigration Mendoti For Foreigners Every District In South Jakarta For The Sake Of Maintaining Stability
JAKARTA - The Class I Immigration Office for Non-Immigration Checkpoints (TPI) in South Jakarta (Jaksel) was asked to continue to monitor foreign nationals (WNA) in all sub-districts in South Jakarta.
This was conveyed by the Mayor of South Jakarta Munjirin on the 73rd Day of Immigration in 2023 in Jakarta, Thursday, January 26.
"The South Jakarta Immigration continues to improve its identity so that good immigration services can be felt," he said.
Munjirin appreciated a number of South Jakarta Immigration achievements in services in previous years which had a positive impact as well as an evaluation for his region.
His party will continue to establish ongoing collaboration by maintaining and re-enhancing it in the context of enforcing the applicable law.
"I hope this collaboration will be able to increase its contribution in maintaining security and stability in our territory," he said.
Head of the South Jakarta Special Class I Immigration Office, Feluia Sengky Ratna, hopes that her party will continue to collaborate with the city government in monitoring foreigners.
"I hope that the district-level foreigner supervisor can be further promoted by the government for the sake of law enforcement," said Sengky.
Sengky added that his party also provided facilities in the form of residence permits for foreigners to oversee violations of foreigners together with the National Police and Narcotics Agency (BNN).
"I hope that the performance of the South Jakarta Immigration Office will be better in 2023," he said.
