4 Elderly GIRL Candidates UnderAGE From 2022 To Pregnant 12 Sundays
BANYUMAS - Women's and Children's Protection Unit (PPA) of the Banyumas Police Criminal Investigation Unit arrested 4 perpetrators of sexual abuse of minors with the initials AZ (12), a resident of Kedungrandu Village, Patikraja District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java.
The Head of Banyumas Police, Kombes Edy Suranta Sitepu, through the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Banyumas Police, Kompol Agus Supriadi, said that his party had arrested 4 perpetrators after receiving a report from the victim on Wednesday, January 11.
"We have secured the alleged perpetrators with the initials W (70), J (50), SA (69), K (67), a resident of Kedungrandu Village, Patikraja District, all of whom are elderly," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit.
The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit explained that this incident had occurred since September 2022 at different places and times.
"The mode used by the perpetrators was by wooing the victim by giving money in return and then committing sexual abuse. The money given varied from twenty thousand to fifty thousand rupiah", he said.
This incident was discovered by the victim's parents who were suspicious because the victim did not menstruate. After being asked by his parents, the victim told that he admitted that he had been sexually assaulted and molested by the perpetrator who was different.
"It is known that the victim's parents did not menstruate, then the victim's parents checked with the doctor and it was discovered that the victim was 12 weeks pregnant. After that, the victim's parents reported it to the police", said the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit.
For their actions, the perpetrators were charged with Article 81 and/or Article 82 of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning child protection.
"Currently, we have secured the perpetrators and evidence at the Banyumas Police Criminal Investigation Unit office for further development and legal proceedings", said the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit.
