PPP Virtual Working Meeting, Mardiono Instruction DPW And DPC Surgeon Priority Election Ahead Of The 2024 General Election

JAKARTA - Acting (Plt) General Chairperson of PPP Muhamad Mardiono instructed all levels of party structure at all levels to maximize electoral work ahead of the 2024 Simultaneous Elections.

"Including the priority of DPP's work at all levels and all work fields to support the completeness of the party structure to the level of polling stations (TPS)," Mardiono said in a written statement, Thursday, January 12, quoted by Antara.

He conveyed the instruction at the DPP PPP Coordination Meeting (Rakor) with DPW throughout Indonesia virtually.

In the coordination meeting, Mardiono also instructed all DPW and DPC to carry out electoral district (dapil) surgery in their respective regions to find out the potential for obtaining seats and mappings.

"Furthermore, the DPP will again schedule and invite DPW chairmen in Jakarta to dissect priority electoral districts. This aims to make each region understand the maps and potential of their respective electoral districts," said Mardiono.

He emphasized that the PPP DPP had carried out management revitalization, such as changing management and including potential figures to optimize party work.

"The DPP has also changed the work in the management structure. Changes in the structure of the Election Winning Land (LP2) and the Election Witnesses Agency (BSP). However, considering the focus of work in the political year for electoral work, changes are only in the DPP," he said.
