Most Of The Taxes, State Revenue In NTT Capai IDR 3.58 Trillion In 2022
KUPANG - Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) mencatat realisasi pendapatan negara di Nusa Tenggara Timur selama periode Januari-Desember 2022 mencapai hingga Rp3,58 triliun atau 138,6 persen dari target penerimaan.
"State revenue in NTT grew 13 percent compared to the realization in 2021," said Head of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of NTT Province, Ministry of Finance Catur Ariyanto Widodo in a statement quoted by Antara, Wednesday, January 11.
He conveyed this related to the performance of the implementation of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) at the NTT regional level throughout 2022.
Catur explained that the realization of state revenues reaching Rp3.58 trillion was dominated by tax revenues reaching Rp2.93 trillion or 136.5 percent of the target.
The increase in tax revenue achievement was driven by improving economic growth and the recovery of economic activity, the results of the implementation of the Voluntary Disclosure Program (PPS).
In addition to adjusting the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate to 11 percent which is valid starting May 1, 2022, as well as reclassifying tax revenues.
Meanwhile, the realization of customs and excise revenues was recorded at IDR 13.51 billion or 601.1 percent of the revenue target, and Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) reached IDR 636.87 billion or 146.8 percent of the PNBP target.
He said the Ministry of Finance continues to make efforts to optimize through work units in the regions. One of them is like the customs and excise carried out through assistance activities to encourage Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to enter the export market.
The further state revenues obtained are also distributed back to the people in NTT in the form of various budget allocations for various development sectors.
