The Wife Who Said Her Husband Was Cheating On Her In-laws Has Become A Suspect?
SERANG Kisruh NR and RZ in the case of the husband cheating on her with her mother-in-law has not yet subsided. After RZ (former husband NR) reported NR to the police on charges of ITE violations, rumors circulated that NR had become a suspect. Is that true?
The Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police, Kombes Pol. Shinto Silitonga, responded to the news that NR was a suspect circulating in cyberspace.
Shinto said that the news was not true or a hoax. Shinto denied the news that NR had been named a suspect by the Banten Police.
"Regarding all the narratives circulating on social media and other online media about the position of NR as if it had been made a suspect by the Banten Police, it was untrue and misleading," Shinto said via text message, Monday, January 9.
Shinto explained, the Banten Police are currently still collecting facts related to RZ complaints, the stages are still in the process of being investigated.
"In accordance with the investigation procedures in Law no. 8 of 1981 concerning the Criminal Procedure Law, there is no logical jump from the investigation process to the determination of the suspect, but must go through the stages of the investigation process and then title the case to determine the suspect," explained Shinto.
Shinto asked the public to be selective in receiving information from the media that is not yet clear.
"People should not be influenced by irresponsible and misleading narratives by the public," he concluded.
