Send Video For ARMY, Jin BTS: Wait, I'll Go Back
JAKARTA - Jin BTS released an emotional video to fans called ARMY. This video was uploaded by the agency and made before Jin carried out his military service in December 2022.
This short one-minute video is a message from Jin to fans. Judging by the clothes worn, this video was recorded on the sidelines of Jin filming for a variety show, Running Man.
"Hello everyone, this is Jin BTS. I may not be a civilian when the video is released, but I'm standing in front of the camera because I want to leave you guys something, even if it's just a message," Jin said starting the video.
Whenever I'm free, I hope I can share a video like this with you. I may not be next to you, but I'll look for you, just wait a little, I'll be back," he said.
Before ending the video, the singer whose real name is Kim Seok Jin promised to make a video if he had time.
That's all for today. In the future, if I have time, I will share another video," he said waving at the camera.
Jin became the first member of BTS to carry out military service in December 2022. Recently the agency released a statement that fans would not send gifts or letters to the camp where Jin was training.
The agency suggested that fans could send messages via the Weverse community website and use hashtags.
Jin is being placed in a training center designed to train with members of the military. If a large number of letters and gifts from fans arrive at the same place, the letter will be easier to disappear," one agency statement said.
"We hope you don't send it by post. BIGHIT MUSIC will ensure that all messages are read by leaving messages via Weverse using the hashtag #Dear_Jin_from_ARMY," he said.
The day before, the agency also released a video of Jin's trip to Argentina to appear with Coldplay. This is Jin's last trip before serving in the military for 18 months.
