The Judge Visited Ferdy Sambo's House Today, What's The Goal?

The panel of judges handling the alleged murder case of Brigadier J will visit the two houses of defendant Ferdy Sambo today, Wednesday, January 4. The goal is to increase the judge's consideration to decide the decision.

"The goal is only to convince the judge about his locus delicti, where the crime occurred. That's all, to ensure that," said Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel), Djuyamto to reporters, Wednesday, January 4.

The two houses of Ferdy Sambo are located on Jalan Saguling, Duren Tiga and Komplek Polri Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

The house is a planning and shooting site in the alleged murder case of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.

In the mechanism later, the public prosecutors (JPU) and legal advisers of the defendants should not ask questions. This is because the activity is only for the benefit of considering the panel of judges.

"Later there will be no questions from the parties, either from the defendant (the party)," said Djuyamto.

Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi are two of the five defendants in the premeditated murder case against Brigadier J. Apart from Ferdy and Putri, there are Bharada Richard totaling, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf.

The five were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code. They face a sentence of 20 years in prison or a maximum sentence of death.
