Jasa Marga Ready To Functionally Operation The Japek II Toll Road During The Backflow Of The 2022 Christmas Holiday

PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol is ready to functionally operate the South Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) II Toll Road segment of the Sadang-Kutanegara segment situationally on the backflow of the 2022 Christmas holiday.

Director of Business and Operations of Jasamarga Transjawa Toll Road, Pratomo Bimawan Putra, said that his party would functionally operate the Sadang-Kutanegara segment based on discretion from the police.

"For South Japek II, we from Jasa Marga Group are ready to operate the functional lane of the South Japek II Toll Road segment of Sadang-Kutanegara on discretion from the police," he said at a press conference in Cikampek, West Java, quoted from Antara, Sunday, December 25.

The South Japek II Toll Road segment of Sadang-Kutanegara has a length of 8.5 km.

"This segment can only be passed by class 1 nonbus vehicles at a speed of 60 km/hour," said Bima.

Previously, Jasa Marga Operation and Maintenance Management Group Head Atika Dara Prahita said that technically, toll road users would enter Km 76, Sadang, Cipularang Toll Road, then exit after passing through Jakarta-Cikampek II Selatan in Kutanegara and entering the arteries and heading back to the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road at Km 47, West Karawang.

Meanwhile, President Director of PT Jasa Marga Tollroad Operator Yoga Tri Anggoro emphasized that the opening of the South Japek II route is situational, namely to help unravel congestion in case of congestion at the Dawuan Intersection or Km 66.
