Housing Market Genjot, SMF Offers A Low-Income And Non-Permanent Rental Scheme
JAKARTA PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (SMF) is said to have built cooperation with two private companies Proline Finance and Pinhome related to home ownership for low-income and non-fixed income people through a rental to own scheme.
SMF President Director Ananta Wiyogo said that his party as a state-owned company under the Ministry of Finance provides the latest solution for the community in meeting decent and affordable housing needs. According to him, so far, MBR and non-fixed income have always been constrained in fulfilling banking administration.
"Therefore, the program offered provides the widest possible opportunity for people to own their own homes," he said in a written statement on Friday, December 23.
Ananta added that the synergy established is also expected to have a good and significant good impact on increasing the volume of housing financing distribution.
"Obviously this is a real effort in overcoming the high housing backlog and supporting the national economic recovery," he said.
On the same occasion, the President Director of Proline Finance Erisca Wiraatmadja hopes that this purchase rental financing program can be an option for people who really want to rent, occupy and eventually own the house.
"This program opens up more opportunities for non-fixed income people, because in the analysis process we will consider how much customer wants to rent, occupy and own the house," he said.
Similarly, Pinhome CEO-Founder Dayu Dara Permata said this opportunity opened the first access to home ownership for all levels of Indonesian society, in this case the low-income and non-permanent segment of society.
Consumers can pay off houses at a fee equivalent to monthly rental fees. We hope that through this program, Pinhome can be an opening or a bridge for many people, especially low-income and non-permanent people, to own their residential houses for a better life," he said.
In this collaboration, SMF acts as a provider of funds channeled through Proline Finance with a refinancing scheme for buying and selling leases.
Meanwhile, Pinhome, acts as an aggregator who provides buying and selling services that buys houses bulk from developers and rents (with the option of buying/buying) to the public (end-user), where Proline Finance applies as the orineginator of this program.
Through this program, people have new access as an affordable alternative to home ownership to improve their standard of life through several quite easy steps.
First, starting with the community determining the ideal house they want to own, then Pinhome will conduct an inspection of the legality of the house.
Then the second step the community takes is to send required documents such as KTP, NPWP, proof of income, and other supporting documents to Proline Finance through Pinhome for an analysis of the feasibility of financing.
