Ahead Of Christmas And New Year, Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagut Prepared The Task Force Team In Riau
JAKARTA - Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagut has reactivated the Christmas and New Year Task Force Team (Satgas Nataru) from December 15, 2022 to January 8, 2023.
This is done to ensure that the distribution or distribution of energy for the community runs smoothly.
"Energy consumption is predicted to increase due to increased community mobility ahead or after Christmas and New Year celebrations. Anticipating this, Pertamina has alerted the Nataru Task Force Team, to ensure the supply and other additional services," said Area Manager Comm, Rel & CSR Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagut, Susanto August Satria, Friday, December 23.
He explained that the Pertamina Nataru Task Force Team had been active from December 15, 2022, to January 8, 2023.
The Nataru Task Force team has also coordinated with various relevant agencies including the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to the TNI.
This coordination is carried out for the smooth distribution of energy to the community.
In addition, for fuel needs in Sumbagut, Gasoline consumption (Pertalite, Pertamax, Pertamax Turbo) is estimated to increase by 10 percent or from the daily average of 12,581 Kilo Liter (KL) to 13,844 KL per day.
Meanwhile, the consumption of Gasoil (Solar, Dexlite, Pertamina Dex) is predicted to increase by two percent or 9,280 KL to 9,466 KL per day.
The increase is also predicted to occur for LPG consumption of around two percent or 3,057 Metric Tons (MT) to 3,130 MT per day and for Avtur it increased by about 11 percent or 620 KL to 692 KL per day. This projection is compared to daily normal sales.
Satria said that the stock security of all fuel products is above 10 days, LPG is at the level of 20 days, Avtur is at 61 days and continues to be produced. The stock of fuel, LPG and Avtur is ensured to be safe and smooth.
This stock does not include stock to be channeled from refineries and ongoing stocks from tankers.
"We emphasize that the public should not worry because the stock of fuel and LPG is safe and smooth. We will monitor it continuously so that it is hoped that the community's need for fuel and LPG can be met. In connection with stock, this stock is stock running today or does not include cargo from tankers and supplies from refineries that supply Pertamina's sarfas-sarfas", he said.
In ensuring that services to the community are well maintained, Pertamina Patra Niaga also provides supporting energy services on potential routes including toll roads, tourist routes, and main routes, in the form of 288 Alert gas stations, 81 Alert SPPBE, 669 PSO Siaga LPG agents, 24 Motoris, and 35 bag gas stations.
Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagut has prepared health posts at four gas stations located at trans Sumatra and tourist points, namely gas stations 13,262,511, Limapuluh Regency, West Sumatra, gas stations 14,284,653 Kampar Regency, Riau, gas stations 14,211,214 Parapat and gas stations 14,221,248 Brastagi, North Sumatra.
"Among all SPBU, Agent, and Outlet outlets, we will be alert to operate 24 hours during the Christmas and New Year holidays. We will also prepare additional services at strategic points, our focus is on the main route, areas that celebrate Christmas, as well as tourist attractions that become the main destinations of the community," he explained.
He also appealed to the public to use fuel wisely and use Pertamina's quality products.

Previously, the Director of Land Engineering and Infrastructure of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga SH C&T, Eduward Adolf Kawi together with the management team carried out Walkthrough (MWT) management to several operational areas of Pertamina Patra Niaga Region Sumbagut on Sunday, December 18.
This is done to ensure the distribution of fuel and LPG. In addition to ensuring Sarfas' reliability, all operational and service activities for the community during Nataru can be fulfilled properly.
For information, the need for fuel in Riau, Gasoline consumption (Pertalite, Pertamax, Pertamax Turbo) is estimated to increase by 14 percent or 2,784 KL to 3,062 KL per day. Meanwhile, consumption of Gasoil (Solar, Dexlite, Pertamina Dex) is predicted to decrease by 4 percent or 2,511 KL to 2,400 KL per day.
The increase is also predicted to occur for LPG consumption around 4 percent or 555 Metric Tons (MT) to 577 MT per day. This projection is compared to daily normal sales.
He reminded the public to be wise in using energy, in this case fuel and LPG. "Buy enough and according to your needs, not hoarding let alone selling back, especially for Subsidized fuel because it is a criminal act," concluded Satria.
