On The Last Chance, The Prosecutor Presents Criminal And Psychologists To Defend The Indictment Of Ferdy Sambo Cs

JAKARTA - The public prosecutor (JPU) presented two experts at the trial of the alleged murder of Brigadier J today, Wednesday, December 21. The criminal and forensic psychologist will provide information for the defendant Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, Richard Karya alias Bharada E, Ricky Rizal alias Bripka RR, and Strong Ma'ruf.

"The witness is a criminal law expert and a psychologist," said Strong lawyer Ma ruf, Irwan Irawan when confirmed, Wednesday, December 21.

The two experts are criminal law experts from Trisakti University Effendy Saragih and Psychologist and chairman of the Indonesian Forensic Psychology Association (Apsifor) Reni Kusumowardhani. They were the last experts presented by the prosecutor.

The two experts were originally presented on Tuesday, December 20. However, the two experts were unable to attend because they were out of town.

In the trial later, the two experts will provide information to strengthen the prosecutor's indictment. Especially for the actions of the defendants who are considered to fulfill the elements of premeditated murder.

For information, Ferdy Sambo Putri Candrawathi, Strong Ma'ruf, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Bharada Richard totaling are defendants in the murder case of Brigadier J.

They were jointly involved in the murder of Brigadier J at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga.

Ferdy Sambo is referred to as planning the murder at Saguling's house. Then, Putri Candrawathi, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf supported and helped the former Propam Kadiv.

Meanwhile, for Bharada Richard totaling as the shooter Brigadier J. The shooting was said to have been ordered by Ferdy Sambo.

Thus, they were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
