Reviewing Project Progress And Quality, The Board Of Commissioners Of PTPP Conducted A Working Visit To Bali
JAKARTA - Andi Gani Nena Wea as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner together with the Management Board of PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) made a working visit to three project locations in Bali on Monday 19 December.
The three project sites visited are the construction of the Benoa Package B Port dredging and pool project, the Sanur Area Development Basic Infrastructure project, and the Bali International Hospital Sanur construction project.
During his working visit, Andi Gani Nena Wea was accompanied by other members of the Board of Commissioners of PTPP, namely Istiono as Independent Commissioner, Ernadhi Sudarmanto as Commissioner, and Loso Judijanto as Commissioner. In addition, the management of PTPP was also present at the visit of the project, including Agus Purbianto as Director of Finance and Risk Management, Bakhtiyar Efendi as SVP Corporate Secretary of PTPP, and other management levels.
The first working visit was carried out by the Board of Commissioners for the dredging project of the Benoa Port Package B which is located in Denpasar, Bali. The project for completing the dredging work is targeted to be completed in March 2023.
As of the second week of December 2022, the progress of the project development has reached 45.73 percent which is faster than the planned target. The scope of the project work consists of design work, dredging work, retaining wall work, lintagan management, and others.
In addition, PTPP also carried out further development for basic infrastructure work of the Dumping I Bali Maritime Tourism Hub Zone. The scope of the project work includes preparation work, access road work, pedestrian work, complementary work & roundabout area, electrical mechanical work, and utilities & drainage work. In the future, Benoa Port will be used as a hub and a place to dock cruise ships or yachts where the cruise ship can start and end its journey from Indonesia.
After visiting the Benoa Package B Port channel dredging project, the Board of Commissioners and Management of PTPP continued a working visit to the location of the second project located in the Sanur area. The basic construction work project for the Sanur Area Development Basic Infrastructure is located in Denpasar, Bali.
The project, which is owned by PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (Persero), is carried out with an implementation period of 440 (four hundred and forty) calendar days. The scope of the project's work includes design work, main road facility work, utility work, supporting facility work, and others. As of the second week of December, the progress of the project's work has reached 97.35 percent which is faster than the target.
After visiting the second project, the Board of Commissioners and Management of PTPP continued its visit to the Bali International Hospital development project located in the Health and Tourism Special Economic Zone Grand Inna Bali Beach Sanur. The hospital construction project is carried out with a one-year implementation period which is targeted to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.
The project, which is owned by PT Pertamina Bina Media IHSC, has a scope of work, including preparatory work, architectural work, mechanical electrical work, plumbing work, interior work, and infrastructure work. As of the first week of December 2022, the project has achieved a progress of 1.78 percent faster than the target. This hospital construction project work has a target of achieving Gold from the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI).
