Sindir Prosecutor Bripka RR 'Pintar Explains Something' When Not Preventing The Shooting Plan Brigadier J

JAKARTA - Bripka Ricky Rizal alias RR had argued with the public prosecutor (JPU) about the reasons for not preventing the planning of the shooting of Norpiansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.The debate began when Bripka RR agreed that Ferdy Sambo had been asked about his courage to shoot Brigadier J. At that time, he said he did not dare because he was not mentally strong. So, the prosecutor began to question him about the reason for not telling Brigadier J if he was to be executed by the former Head of Propam Division"If he fights, he will shoot him. It means that you have words to shoot him, right?" asked the prosecutor during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, December 13.However, Ricky argued that all he caught was Ferdy Sambo wanting to call Yosua. Not shooting him. The prosecutor quipped him by saying Ricky Rizal was good at talking to hide something."You are a smart person, smart to explain something," quipped the prosecutor."As far as I know, this man (Ferdy Sambo, ed) has never called people and suddenly was slapped, sir. So how could he suddenly be shot immediately. I just thought he wanted to be asked, sir," said Ricky."But he has given a signal that he will be shot against it," said the prosecutor."If you fight, sir, he said if you fight, you will shoot or not," replied Ricky. The judge who heard the debate immediately cut. He asked the prosecutor not to force Ricky's statement."If he did say, what he said, that's what it's recorded here. Later we will judge it through legal considerations. If not, our case will not be finished," said the judge.Bripka Ricky Rizal was presented as a witness in the alleged murder case of Brigadier J for the defendants Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawati.Meanwhile, Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi were jointly charged with the murder of Brigadier J at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga.Ferdy Sambo is referred to as planning the murder. Meanwhile, Putri supports and helps her husband. Thus, they were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
