Heru Budi Changes The Jakarta Slogan In The City Of Collaboration Made By Anies, This Is The Reason

JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono changed the slogan or branding of Jakarta 'City of Collaboration' which was initiated by the former Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan to be a success in Jakarta for Indonesia. This slogan replacement has been implemented on the social media of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. When Anies was still in office, the upload of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Instagram account, @dkijakarta, used the hashtag #boxolaboration. Now, the hashtag has been changed to #SuksesJakarta for Indonesia. The change in hashtags provoked various netizens' reactions. The Acting Head of the DKI Jakarta Communications, Information and Statistics Agency, Raides Aryanto, explained the reason for the change in the slogan.Raides said that the Jakarta Success slogan for Indonesia, which is juxtaposed with the official logo of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, is a manifestation of the role of Jakarta's development for Indonesia in the future which will experience a change in the capital city."Regarding the slogan ‘Sukses Jakarta for Indonesia ’, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government will prepare a Governor's decree (SK) for the future use of the slogan. This is to support, as well as invite the people of Jakarta, to work together to deliver the capital city from Jakarta to the archipelago," said Raides at DKI City Hall, Monday, December 12.However, Raides emphasized that the DKI Provincial Government has not changed the +Jakarta logo that has been used in Anies' leadership. “ So, there is no new logo to replace the PlusJakarta logo," he said.Raides said this slogan was made by implementing the development of Jakarta in the future, as stated in the Jakarta Regional Development Plan (RPD) in 2023-2026 which was compiled by Anies while still in office. In accordance with the mandate of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, the RPD 2023-2026 was prepared so that local governments have a policy and program basis after the 2017-2022 Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD)."For the next two years, the implementation of the RPD will focus on three priority issues as directed by the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta, Heru Budi Hartono, since the beginning of his tenure last October, which is related to handling congestion, flood prevention, and anticipating projections for reducing economic growth," explained Raides.Raides also admitted that the DKI Provincial Government will also continue the spirit of collaboration that has been built in Jakarta to jointly build cities, especially in resolving a number of strategic issues with various programs."Among other things, disaster-resilience programs; dynamical government and transformation of public services; inclusive economic resilience; digital and community-based sustainable cities; healthy, competitive humans are equal; and equitable development,” he explained.
