PP Presisi Membays A New Contract At Nickel Mining Services

JAKARTA - PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) has again received a continuous nickel mining contract on the Weda Bay Nickel Project located in Halmahera. The company's new contract of IDR 1.8 trillion is for additional mining services,

As a result, the total new contracts until November 2022 amounted to IDR 5 trillion or reached 86 percent of the 2022 new contract target of IDR 5.9 trillion.

The scope of work on the mining services line that has been carried out by PP Presisi ranging from mining development infrastructure such as construction work and maintenance of hauling roads, construction of other infrastructure, to mining controllers, namely overburdening services.

"The new contract is in line with the company's business focus on the mining services sector as a mining service contractor. The repeat Order of the scope of working hauling services on the new contract is a form of trust in us by prioritizing time delivery and quality delivery which can provide value added for stakeholders," said PP Presisi President Director Rully Noviard in his statement, Monday 12 December.

The thing that is no less encouraging than the achievement of a new contract at the end of this year is that there has been shifting from civil work to mining services, where mining services dominate the acquisition of new contracts by 59 percent, civil work by 38 percent, while the supporting business lines are production plants, construction work, and rental equipment by 3 percent.

In addition, the company's competitiveness also increased with the acquisition of an external contract (Non PP Group) of 93 percent and an internal (PP Group) of 7 percent.

"With the capacity and capability that we have and it is difficult to find in other mining service companies, we are integrated mining services companies that not only work as mining service infrastructure contractors, but are able to provide comprehensive and integrated mining contract services," added Rully Noviardar.
