LPSK Bela Bharada E Regarding Women Crying At Sambo's House: Once Tellted

JAKARTA - The Victim Witness Protection Agency (LPSK) defended Bharada Richard totaling who said he had seen a woman crying at Bangka's house, Kemang, South Jakarta. The information has been heard even though it was not included in the investigation report (BAP) and the indictment of the Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat case alias Brigadier J.

"Yes. We've heard before," said LPSK Deputy Chairman Edwin Partogi when confirmed, Friday, December 2.

Thus, LPSK ensured that Bharada E's statement was not just an essay. He only conveyed everything that was known about Ferdy Sambo.

"Indeed, that is Bharada E's knowledge," said Edwin.

On the previous occasion, Ferdy Sambo through his legal adviser, Arman Hanis, denied Bharada E's statement about the presence of the crying woman.

According to him, the testimony was only by Bharada E. Because, there was nothing in Ferdy Sambo's indictment.

"Regarding RE's statement at the trial, I emphasize that the statement is not true and is only by RE and is also not in our client's indictment," said Arman Hanis.

In addition, Amran also denied Bharada E's confession that he often lived in Saguling's house. Because, from the information he received, his client's former aide actually lived in the Duren Tiga official residence.

"If RE does not serve, he will not be in Saguling but at the Duren Tiga post house," said Arman.

The existence of the crying woman was revealed based on Bharada E's statement during the trial some time ago. He said he had seen a woman other than Putri Candrawati at Ferdy Sambo's house in Bangka, Kemang, South Jakarta.

The woman is said to have suddenly come out of the house while crying. Bharada E did not reveal her identity. The woman didn't talk much, she just cried looking for the driver. Shortly thereafter, the woman left.

"The woman said she was looking for her driver, I ran beside me to call the driver, the woman went up and just went home," said Bharada E.
