Active Bird Troops, Capture Suspected Terrorists In Sukoharjo, Central Java

The Special Detachment (Densus) 88 of the National Police Headquarters arrested a suspected terrorism case in the Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java, on Thursday, December 1.

The Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Iqbal Alqudusy, confirmed the law enforcement efforts carried out by Densus 88 in the Sukoharjo area.

"We confirm that there is law enforcement activity by Densus 88 in the Sukoharjo area on December 1, 2022," he said.

However, Iqbal has not been able to explain in detail about the information on the arrests made by Densus 88.

"The Central Java Police and the Sukoharjo Police only assist in the security process in the police action," he said.

According to him, the details of the police action will be conveyed by the Public Relations Division of the National Police and Densus 88 Police Headquarters.
