The Case Of Retired UI Police Student Collision To Death Has Not Yet Met A Bright Spot
JAKARTA - The case of a traffic accident that killed a student at the University of Indonesia (UI), Hasya Atallah Saputra (17), as a result of being hit by a Pajero car on Srengseng Sawah Street, South Jakarta, has not yet come to light. It is not yet known whether the case has been completed mediated or the legal process continues.
Even the Head of Traffic at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Joko Sutriono, has not been able to conclude the case involving the retired Police officer with the rank of AKBP. Moreover, the case was held on Tuesday, November 29, yesterday.
Kasat Lalu said, so far his party is still waiting for the results of mediation from both parties.
"Yes, that's right (still waiting for mediation-ed). Not yet (there are results from the perkara title)," said Joko when confirmed, Wednesday, November 30.

Joko ensured that the case that killed UI students was still in the process of being investigated. Even in yesterday's case title, his party also invited the Metro Jaya Police Bidkum and Itwasda Polda Metro Jaya, to oversee the legal process that took place in that case.
"(They were invited) Because of our internal audit, they are the ones who judge if something happens," he concluded.
Previously, it was reported that a student at the University of Indonesia (UI) named Muhammad Hasya Atallah died after being involved in an accident in the South Jakarta area. Allegedly, the driver of a Pajero car is a retired police officer.
