Acting Governor Heru Asked For Evaluation Of The Abundance Of Assignment To PT Jakpro, DKI DPRD: It Is Feared That All Will Be Feared
JAKARTA - Chairman of Commission B of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Ismail, highlighted the task carried out by PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. According to him, Jakpro has been given too many tasks so far.
Ismail is worried that the accumulated tasks given will divide Jakpro's focus and concentration as a BUMD. Thus, the programs carried out have the potential to be hampered and do not go according to plan.
"Basically, we evaluate the proportionality of this assignment problem. Don't accumulate on one BUMD, even though it can be everything. Many factors that influence one assignment can be completed on time. There are aspects of budgeting, planning, including the political aspect. All traffic jams are worried," Ismail told reporters, Wednesday, November 30.
When Anies Baswedan served as Governor of DKI, Jakpro was given the task of carrying out major projects, such as holding Formula E races, revitalizing Taman Ismail Marzuki, to building the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS).
Next year, when the wheels of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government are led by the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono, Jakpro is noted to be building the Sunter Intermediate Treatment Facility (ITF) to continue the construction of the Jakarta LRT with the Velodrome-Manggarai route.
Ismail also asked Heru to evaluate the assignments that Jakpro is able to carry out and those who are not, before giving new tasks.
"This is our concern to be proportional in handing over assignments. We don't know yet, in the next two years, under the Acting Governor, whether there will be another new assignment program. We also have to pay attention to the rules of the game, what the Governor's limits are," he explained.
Similarly, the Chairman of Commission D of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Ida Maheasy, feels that Jakpro's burden in carrying out the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government project is too big.
For example, Jakpro must also take care of the mechanism for managing the Bayam Susun Village that has been built. According to Ida, the management of flats that will be inhabited by residents affected by the eviction of Kampung Bayam is better left to the DKI Public Housing and Settlement Area Office.
"Jakpro, I think it's true because there are too many assignments. Regarding Kampung Susun Bayam, it's better just let the Housing Service complete it. Don't all of them in Jakpro. Jakpro will collapse soon if it's mostly a burden. The burden must be reduced," explained Ida.
