3 Students In Tangerang Threatened With 12 Years In Prison After Abusing The Victims To Death

TANGERANG - The police arrested 15 teenagers involved in a brawl that left one student with the initials RAS (17) dead on KH. Hasyim Ashari Street, Cipondoh, Tangerang City, last Saturday, November 26.

Tangerang Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho said, of the 15 teenagers who were arrested, three of them were named suspects. The three people had the initials ALS als. Gembel (16 years) and DS als BWO, (17 years).

"While RDY als. JONKAY, (22) has still not been caught and has been on the wanted list (DPO)," said Zain in his statement, Tuesday, November 29.

Zain revealed that the brawl started when the two parties arranged a schedule through social media and then met at the crime scene (TKP). Then there was a battle until finally one of the groups became a victim with stab wounds.

From the results of the arrest, evidence was confiscated of 2 types of sharp weapons in the form of sickles with a wooden handle, and a flat iron blade known as a corbek.

The perpetrators were charged with Article 76C jo. Article 80 paragraph (3) RI Law No. 35 of 2014 regarding the second amendment to RI Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and or Article 170 paragraph (2) to 3e of the Criminal Code and or Article 351 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code.

"The sentence is 12 years in prison," he concluded.
