State Losses In The Mataram NTB Poltekes Corruption Case Have Been Calculated, BPKP Calls The Nominal Amount Of The Police
NTB - The alleged corruption case in the procurement of teaching and learning aids at the Mataram Health Polytechnic (Poltekes) West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) continues to be deepened by the authorities.
Head of the General Section of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) representing NTB, Irwan Supriadi, said that his party is currently pocketing the results of the audit of state losses from the corruption case.
"Yes, there have been audit results and reports have been made to be submitted to investigators," said Irwan in Mataram, NTB, Friday, November 18.
Separately, the Head of Public Relations of the NTB Regional Police, Police Commissioner Artanto, admitted that he had not received further information from investigators regarding the results of the audit of state losses in this alleged riot case.
"Let me first confirm with the special criminal (special criminal), whether there is or not," said Artanto when confirmed, Friday, November 18, as reported by Antara.
The procurement of teaching and learning aids from the Mataram Poltekkes comes from the 2017 State Budget which is channeled through the Ministry of Health with a budget of IDR 19 billion.
The purchase of ABBM goods was carried out through e-Catalog, but some went directly through a tender system which was won by seven provider companies involving 11 distributors.
One of the items purchased was a mannequin doll used to support practice in the course of nurses, midwives, nutrition, and health analysts.
However, it is suspected that some of the goods sourced from the procurement could not be used so that they were stalled. The reason the campus could not use it was because it did not match the needs of the learning curriculum.
From this case, previously there were findings from the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Health of Rp. 4 billion. This figure is still general because it not only emerged from the Mataram Poltekkes, but also from the Banda Aceh and Tasikmalaya Poltekkes, West Java.
Investigators have also asked for a copy of the findings of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Health for the purpose of auditing state losses. However, the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Health rejected the request so that investigators traced the loss by cooperating with BPKP.
Dalam penanganan yang cukup lama berjalan pada tahap penyidikan ini, pihak penyidik belum juga mengungkapkan peran tersangka. Salah satu kendala mengenai alat bukti penguat dari ahli terkait kerugian negara.
The impression of being slow in handling this case also received the spotlight from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). As a form of attention, the anti-corruption commission routinely coordinates and supervises the handling of the case.
Finally, in early September 2022, the KPK held a corsup by inviting BPKP investigators and auditors to find solutions to problems that hindered the development of the case.
