The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Ensures That The Search For The Regent Of Central Mamberamo Continues To Run
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has ensured that the fugitive Regent of Central Mamberamo Ricky Ham Pagawak continues to be sought. He must be held accountable for his actions before the law.
"The search process to immediately find the whereabouts of the RHP suspect is still ongoing and continues," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Friday, November 18.
Ricky is wanted by involving law enforcement officials. Ali said the KPK would not give up until it found the whereabouts of the fugitive.
"(The search, ed) continues to be carried out by involving various related parties," he said.
In this case, the KPK has transferred evidence and suspects in the alleged bribery case of the Central Mamberamo project, Papua. The delegation was carried out after the investigator finished carrying out his duties.
Those whose files have been submitted are the Director of PT Solata Sukses Building, Marten Toding; President Director of PT Bina Karya Raya, Simon Mampang; and Director of PT Bumi Abadi Perkasa Jusiendra Pribadi Pampang. They will be tried at the Corruption Court at the Makassar District Court.
For information, Ricky allegedly fled to Papua New Guinea with the help of members of the TNI. His name is currently on the wanted list (DPO).
The anti-corruption commission suspects that Ricky received money from contractors who want to get projects in Central Mamberamo. One of them, from Marten, allegedly gave IDR 300 million to billions of rupiah.
