As many as ten heads of public health centers (puskesmas) in Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara, were questioned by police investigators on a marathon basis.Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) of the Mataram Police, Kompol Kadek Adi Budi Astawa, confirmed the marathon examination."Yes, marathon examinations. So, we have examined the head of the puskesmas, but not all of them," said Kadek Adi in Mataram, Antara, Tuesday, November 15.The examination, he explained, was related to the alleged agreement of all puskesmas heads in Mataram City in cutting the allotment of health workers (nakes) sourced from capitation funds.Kadek Adi also said that this allegation arose from the statement of the former Head of the Babakan Health Center with the initials RH, who is now one of the suspects in the case of cutting the Babakan Health Center capitation fund for the 2017-2019 period. He ensured that this examination was still clarifying, because the handling was carried out at the investigation stage."This is all part of the stage of collecting data and information," he said.Regarding the case for suspect RH, Kadek Adi said that his party was still waiting for the results of the examination of the files by the prosecutor."There has been no result from the prosecutor. However, later if there are clues, we will immediately complete them," he said. The former head of the Babakan RH Health Center was named a suspect along with a former treasurer with the initials WY.As suspects, they are subject to Article 2 and/or Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law no. 20 of 2001 jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code. From this determination, investigators have detained the two suspects in the Mataram Police Detention Room (Rutan). For suspect RH, detention was carried out on Thursday night (8/9). Then followed the detention of WY, Saturday (10/9).In this case, there have also been indications of state losses as a result of an audit by the NTB Representative Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). The audit value is at least Rp. 690 million. The indications of losses that arise from the deduction of incentive funds for health workers are also the basis for consideration of investigators in conducting case titles to determine RH and WY as suspects.
