PP Presisi Groundbreaking Project Pembangunan Prasarana Dan Sarana Pelabuhan Perikanan Ukurlaran SKPT Saumlaki

JAKARTA - PP Presisi together with Yalapersada KSO on November 12, 2022 has carried out a groundbreaking ceremony process for the Ukurlan Port Infrastructure and Facilities Development Project of SKPT Saumlaki in Tanimbar Islands Regency, Maluku.

The groundbreaking ceremony was also attended by the Regent of the Tanimbar Islands (Mr. Daniel Indey S.Sos, M.S.), Director of Fisheries Port (Ir. Tri Aris Wibowo, M, Si.), Senior Representativeiv Japan International Coordination Agency (Mr. Okamura), Tanimbar Islands Police Chief (AKBP Umar Wijaya SIK), Commander of the Saumlaki Air Force (Letkol Pas Yohanes M Paulus, S.Pd., MAP), Commander of the Saumlaki Navy (Letkol Laut (P) Andri Kristianto, M.Tr. Hanla), Commander of the Saumlaki Military District (Letkol Inf. Didik Teguh Waluyo, SIP), and Director of Operations of PT PP Presisi Tbk (Mr. Darwis Hamzah).

The total value of the project contract is IDR 111 billion, which is carried out with a project implementation period of 150 days or is targeted for completion in early 2024. With the scope of infrastructure and facilities construction work starting from the construction of piers, integrated cold storage, ice factories, road construction and areas as well as other port support facilities.

Operations Director of PT PP Presisi Tbk Darwis Hamzah said his party was happy to be involved in the construction of the Saumlaki Port infrastructure and facilities in Tanibar Islands Regency, which is located in West Southeast Maluku and is known for its very high marine biological wealth.

"We also understand that the importance of the Infrastructure and Facilities Development Project for the Ukurlan Port of SKPT Saumlaki which is a government step in increasing the potential of marine and fishery resources in Indonesia which can improve the quality of marine products that can be an integrated driver of maritime economy in Indonesia which provides added value to the community, especially the people of Tanimbar Regency," Darwis said in his statement, Monday, November 14.

He is optimistic that the collaboration with the Yalapersada KSO and the engineering capacity of PP Presisi which has experience in working on national strategic projects, especially the construction of piers, airports and buildings that PP Presisi does as the main counteror and sub-contractors in the parent entity, can complete construction work.

"Of course, by prioritizing quality and time delivery that can provide added value for stakeholders," concluded Darwis.
