Sandiaga Uno Apresiasi Balpil, Animasi Superhero Karya Anak Bangsa

JAKARTA - Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Uno appreciated and supported the presence of the Balpil, an animation of the original superhero made by the nation's children.

Sandiaga said that the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy will facilitate with PP 24 of 2022, which is a derivative of Law Number 24 of 2019, and the President instructs his party so that IP-based financing is realized in the form of Intellectual Property Rights.

"It can be colateral, it can be a loan guarantee including bank loans," explained Sandiaga, Saturday, November 12.

Sandiaga also hopes that in the future the Balpil will continue to develop and contribute to the Indonesian economy with quality works.

"To coincide with the commemoration of Heroes' Day, it is hoped that this episode can be a reflection momentum in maintaining and maintaining the values of struggle in our lives," said the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy.

Meanwhile, the Project Director of Balpil, Holip Soekawan, added that the Balpil is an original animated series from Indonesia, which displays a message about Bhineka Tunggal Ika and Indonesia's wealth to the world.

"Our vision is to expose Indonesia's wealth starting from the four existing figures, such as tiger figures based on Sumatran tigers, arowana fish, and there are still a lot of fauna in Indonesia," said Holip.

Executive Producer Adam Jagwani also said that the Balpil is not just a superhero animation, but also wants to convey a universal moral message, namely the importance of a balanced life.

"Indeed, this Balpil animation is not just a superhero, but we want to convey that the importance of the younger generation is to live a balanced life," said Adam.

The Balpil itself is a local superhero inspired by Indonesian fauna. In the story, this animation gives a message that physical, intellectual, social and spiritual strength is important to deal with global competition.
