The Driver Of The Women's Tempty For A Russian Citizen Finally Apologized At The South Jakarta Police

JAKARTA - The Catcalling case allegedly carried out by a Blue Bird taxi driver with the initials FN against a female citizen (WN) of Russia, GV ended peacefully. Both parties agreed to resolve the issue at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday, November 9, at 21.00 WIB.

During the mediation process, FN apologized to the Russian citizen.

"Has carried out a clarification followed by mediation regarding the viral video of verbal abuse against Russian foreigners by taxi driver Blue Bird," said Irwandhy in a short message, Thursday, November 9.

"Apology was accepted (Russian WN) and asked management not to fire Mr. Firman Anasri as a taxi driver," he continued.

Based on the victim's statement, Irwandhy explained that the Catcalling action carried out by the Blue Bird taxi driver began when the victim was walking on the sidewalk in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta. Suddenly a Blue Bird taxi driver said words that were considered inappropriate.

A Blue Bird taxi driver who he doesn't know by saying inappropriate words/tempties ha ha ha.. Very naice death. The victim felt harassed and felt uncomfortable with the actions of the taxi driver," he said.

Irwandhy also said that the Russian citizen had forgiven the treatment of the taxi driver, FN. Because at the time of the incident, the perpetrator only offered taxi services.

"The driver did not intend to be negative, only offering taxi services. And GV has forgiven," he concluded.
