Again, Civilians Died Attacked OTK In The Mining Area Of The Star Mountains Of Papua

PAPUA - A miner was killed in an attack on an unknown person (OTK) in the Kawe 1 area, Bintang Mountains Regency, Papua Province.

Pegubin Police Chief AKBP Cahyo Sukarnito said in the attack the OTK also burned the mining camp in Kawe 1. "It is true that OTK attacked and burned the camp in Kawe Village, Awinbon District causing one death," said AKBP Cahyo Sukarnito in Jayapura, quoted from Antara, Sunday, November 6.

This is the umpteenth time OTK has acted in the Kawe 1 area of Bintang Mountains Regency. In July 2022, OTK killed the shop owner in the mining area.
