Former Police Arrested At The Narcotics Headquarters Of Boncos Palmerah Village

JAKARTA - The Palmerah Police have arrested two former police officers suspected of being involved in a case of using methamphetamine, Wednesday. The two former police officers with the initials P and D were arrested during a raid in Boncos Village, South Earth City, Palmerah.

"We have secured two members of the former National Police who have been fired. We are committed by the Metro Jaya Police Chief, whoever is the same is in the eyes of the law," said Palmerah Police Chief, AKP Dody Abdul Rohim quoting Antara, Wednesday, November 2.

Dody said this activity was the third time the police have carried out raids in the same place in the last few weeks.

This activity will certainly continue in accordance with the instructions of the Metro Jaya Police Chief, Inspector General of Police Fadil Imran in eradicating drug trafficking.

Not only two former police officers, the police also arrested nine other people suspected of being users of methamphetamine.

"We also secured dozens of suction devices, two small packages of methamphetamine and Rp1.3 million in cash," he explained.

The eleven people are currently languishing in the Palmerah Police Station for further questioning by investigators.

"We will develop them, we will test them urine, if they are tested positive, we will process them legally," he concluded.
