The Prisoner Of The Cipinang Prison Who Escapeed The First Time Was Known By Members Of The Cibinong Police Binmas

JAKARTA - The head of the Class I Cipinang Prison, Tonny Nainggolan, said that the success of the arrest of Aditya Egaftyan alias Bokir from the Class I Cipinang Correctional Institution (Lapas) stemmed from information from members of the Cibinong Police Binmas who claimed to have known the whereabouts of the perpetrators.

Armed with this information, the prison together with the Coordinator of Security and Order of the Directorate General of Corrections (Ditjenpas) and the team immediately pursued the informed location.

According to Tonny, prior to the arrest, a joint team consisting of prisons, Ditjenpas, and Cibinong Police first organized an arrest strategy. Thanks to good cooperation, the escape perpetrator was arrested again at around 22.15 WIB while on Jalan Pabuaran, Gang Bedol, Cibinong.

"After being arrested and secured, the person concerned was immediately taken to the Cibinong Police Station for questioning. Then he was taken back to Cipinang Prison and placed in an isolation cell," said Tonny.

For this success, Tonny expressed his gratitude to all parties involved, especially the Cibinong Police.

"We thank you very much for the cooperation of law enforcement officers, especially the Cibinong Police and the community who have jointly helped inform the whereabouts of the perpetrators," concluded Tonny.
