Dishub 'Kandangkan' Unscrupulous Members Who Virally Damaged Spion Taxi Online
The DKI Jakarta Transportation Service stated that members who went viral for destroying the mirror of online taxis had been sanctioned. These individuals were 'captured' as a result of the problem.
"We have withdrawn the sanctions for the officer concerned from the field assignment, he was interpreted," said the Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo, when confirmed by VOI, Saturday, October 29.
The sanction was given after mediation between online taxi drivers who were victims of arrogance and the Department of Transportation. From the mediation, it was decided that the matter was considered over. This means that there is no further legal process.
"Each party has received it. There has been mediation, meaning it has been completed," he said. "But we are from the Transportation Agency because our officers act inhumanely and persuasively in carrying out our duties, of course we also continue to give punishment to those concerned," continued Syafrin.
However, Syafrin did not reveal the identity of the person. It was only conveyed that the member was an officer of the South Jakarta Transportation Service. "South Jakarta ranks, one person," said Syafrin. However, from the video on Instagram @recordjakarta, it appears that the Dishub in the description of the name on the chest has the name "P. Manik"
Previously, it was reported that a viral video on social media showed the arrogance of police officers and the Transportation Service (Dishub). They broke the rearview mirror of a car that was hanging out on the side of the road.
Based on the video footage uploaded to the Instagram account @recordjakarta, the arrogant actions of the two officers were said to have taken place on Jalan Widya Chandra, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, on Tuesday, October 25.
At the beginning of the video, it shows a Dishub member tapping the car window that stopped on the side of the road.
Then, not long after, a police officer was seen. He immediately hit the rearview mirror of the car.
In fact, members of the Transportation Agency participated in acts of arrogance. He tried to remove the damaged mirror.
