Satpam Duren Tiga Bersaksi Complex, Call No Threat When AKP Irfan Widyanto Change CCTV DVR
JAKARTA - The Duren Tiga Police Complex security guard, Abdul Zapar, admitted that he was not threatened when there was a replacement for CCTV DVR. Although, it was forbidden to report to the head of the RT.
"There is no (threat, red)," said Abdul Zapar in the obstruction hearing of the murder investigation of Brigadier J with the defendant AKP Irfan Widyanto, Wednesday, October 26.
In the trial agenda for examining witnesses, Zapar said that he was only not allowed to contact the head of the local RT when Irfan and others wanted to replace the CCTV DVR.
Moreover, he finally did not report the replacement because he was busy with other tasks.
In fact, there are vulnerable three hours or from 15.00 WIB to 18.00 WIB on that day or to be precise on 9 July.
"I did the task of another complex because I took care of it myself," he said
Meanwhile, the prevention effort did occur. However, he did not know for sure the party that was blocking him.
"I don't know. I don't know," he said.
Then, even though it was forbidden for Irfan Widyanto to call, Zapar stated that the defendant at the time of the incident was said to be ready to take responsibility for replacing the CCTV DVR. Because, he gave a complete identity up to his phone number.
"If I ask for that name after the replacement of the DVR, I will be responsible, if later I am asked by the RT. There is one person who mentions AKP Irfan," said Zapar.
Irfan Widyanto's subordinate, Tomsher Christian Natal, who was also presented as a witness, said the defendant did not conduct CCTV screening.
According to him, Kombes Agus Nurpatra only ordered to take and replace the CCTV DVR. So, on that order the defendant spent Rp 3.5 million in private money to buy CCTV DVR.
"That was conveyed by Pak Agus Nurpatra to Pak Irfan, to pick up and replace the DVR," said Tomsher.
