7,716 Warganet Report WhatsApp Error On Laman Down Detector

JAKARTA - A number of users in Indonesia flocked to complain about WhatsApp instant messaging services to the platform's navigation site, Down Detector.

It was observed, from 14.08 WIB as many as 1,567 reports were recorded by the Down Detector, then increased to 14.23 as many as 7,716 reports.

This disturbance is not only experienced by Indonesian users but globally, including Italy, Germany, India, the United States (US), Japan, Malaysia and others.

Users cannot send or receive individual or group messages in the WhatsApp mobile application, even when the user is recharging on the web version and not working.

However, there has been no official statement from WhatsApp on what causes disruptions to its services, as well as on its official Twitter there has also been no statement regarding this matter.
