Sales Of Residentials In The ToD Adhi Commuter Properti Area Rose 56.4 Percent In The Third Quarter Of 2022
PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP) noted that residential sales in integrated areas of mass transportation or Transit Oriented Development (TOD) in the third quarter of this year increased by 56.4 percent YoY.The President Director of ADCP, Rizkan Firman explained, along with the increase in sales, it also increased the company's operating income by YoY by 44 percent from Rp292.5 billion to Rp421.5 billion.TOD or transit-oriented development is a residence that is integrated with mass transportation, such as LRT or commuter line."This achievement illustrates that vertical housing / apartments with the TOD concept are increasingly in demand by the public," he said in a written statement in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Friday, October 14.The public is starting to understand that having a residence that is close to mass transportation, in this case Light Rapid Transit (LRT) makes the quality of life increase, cost-effective with the use of mass transportation which provides convenience in community mobility with high productivity.According to Rizkan, public interest in mass transportation-based housing is also reflected in the sale of 1,390 units from January to September 2022. The three highest supporting projects in ADCP marketing sales contracts include Adhi City Sentul (landed houses), LRT City Tebet (apartments), and LRT City Bekasi (apartments).In addition, it is supported by an increase in revenue from one of the sources of ADCP's recurring income, namely Hotel Gran Dhika Indonesia with a significant increase of 66.8 percent YoY. The achievement of good performance in the third quarter made the company more optimistic in developing the concept of TOD's residential business."In the midst of a challenging business in the property sector, ADCP is optimistic that TOD housing will be of interest to the public. It is evident from the performance of marketing sales and good achievements in the third quarter," he said.He said that in the future the company will continue to focus on accelerating the completion of project construction in Bekasi, Sentul, and Tangerang to pursue the predetermined handover targets.
