For example, it was filled at one gas station, immediately copied to the genus and then finished, it was filled again to the gas station," he said accompanied by KBO Satreskrim Payakumbuh Police Iptu Hendra Gunawan.He said that the arrests began with reports from the public who found people who took advantage of the scarcity of subsidized fuel."The confession of the suspect BBM will be sold retail and there will also be a rice hijacking machine at a price of approximately Rp. 10,000 per liter," he said.He said that the Payakumbuh Police Satreskrim had also asked for testimony from filling officers at gas stations.The suspect is suspected of violating Article 55 of Law number 22 of 2001 concerning oil and natural gas as amended by Article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 11 of 2020 concerning job creation with a maximum threat of six years in prison.Meanwhile, Deputy Head of Payakumbuh Police, Kompol Russirwan, appealed to the public not to commit the crime of hoarding subsidized fuel and complying with the legislation."We continue to urge and remind the public not to commit the crime of hoarding subsidized fuel to avoid legal issues so that subsidized fuel will be right on target," he said.
