JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) noted that there were still 12 RTs in Jakarta that had been flooded since this morning. This flood was caused by rain in the Jakarta and Bogor areas which caused the Ciliwung River to overflow and overflow into residential areas.It was recorded that as of 15.00 WIB, the flood in 12 RTs was in East Jakarta. The flood points have been observed to have started to recede since 09.00 WIB which hit 68 RTs, then to 63 RTs per 12.00 WIB."BPBD noted that the inundation previously occurred in 63 RTs, is currently 12 RTs or 0.039 percent of the 30,470 RTs in the DKI Jakarta area," said Head of BPBD DKI Jakarta Isnawa Adji in a statement, Monday, October 10.The flood, which still submerged 12 RTs, was spread in Cawang Village with a total of 10 RTs, the water level reached 80 centimeters. Then, 2 RTs in Kampung Melayu Village with a water level of 70 centimeters."The reason is the overflow of the Ciliwung River," said Isnawa.Meanwhile, hundreds of residents are still displaced. It was recorded that as many as 235 residents of Cawang Village took refuge in Musala Al Islah and Musala Al Hidayah.Furthermore, as many as 69 residents of Bidara Cina Village took refuge in SKKT RW 11, RPTRA Permata, and Al Abror Mosque. Then, as many as 372 residents of Kampun Melayu Village took refuge in SDN 02 Kebon Pala, RW 07 Office, and Jami Ittihadul Ikhwan Mosque.Rain in Jakarta and its surroundings also caused an increase in the alert status of the Katulampa Siaga 1 (Balahaya) Dam, Depok Alert 2 Monitoring Post (Siaga), and Manggarai Siaga 3 Sluice Gate (Alert).To this day, the DKI Jakarta BPBD together with related regional work units are still carrying out inundation extraction.
